PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO RENTAL AGREEMENT

By booking, signing and paying for the rental, the Renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment & Booking

Full payment is due at the time of booking.
A valid credit card must be provided and kept on file for incidental damages or violations of this agreement.
Bookings are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

You will be provided with an access code/key for entry. Do not share this code with others.
You are responsible for locking all doors upon exit. All locks on double side doors much be locked. (Front door locks automatically)
Any unreported extended time will result in a charge of $5 per minute over booked time.

Do not drag furniture. Please lift to move any items — scratches or damage to floors will incur repair fees.
All props, furniture, and gear must be returned to their original location at the end of your session.
Thermostat must be returned to the posted setting after use.
Use only the provided studio cleaning supplies to clean all used areas. All cleaning supplies are located in the small closet across from glam/dressing room.
Dispose of all trash in designated bins.
No soiled diapers may be left on the premises — please take them with you.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
Failure to clean the space adequately will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
Do not nail, tape, or adhere anything to the walls or furniture without prior approval.
Renter is responsible for any damage caused during their rental period.

Studio is equipped with various props, backdrops, and set designs. These are available for use but must be handled with care.
Any missing or damaged props/backdrops will be charged to the Renter’s card on file.
If backdrop paper is damaged, a fee of $10 per linear foot will be charged.
If any lighting, furniture, mirrors, props are damaged or destroyed, renter is responsible for the full price to replace items within 5 days.

Renter assumes full responsibility for their guests, clients, and any third parties in the studio during the rental period.
Studio is not liable for personal injury, equipment loss, or damage. Whether it be due to our props or property.
Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Picture it studios, its owners, and staff from any and all claims arising from the use of the space.

Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and drug use are strictly prohibited unless previously agreed upon with written approval.
No glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, or open flames allowed without prior written approval.
Studio reserves the right to terminate rental immediately for dangerous or disrespectful behavior, without refund.
Double black doors should be locked, but if not, no one is authorized to enter that room.
No one is allowed to park in the double driveway infront of the detached apartment to the left of the studio
- Parkin is allowed in the street, in long driveway to the right of the studio by black fence, next door at Fuel UP under the awning or across the street at the church.
